The majority of the PotC franchise is unscripted to create realistic reactions. Example: When Barbossa returns at the end of Dead Man’s Chest, the cast were told it was Anamaria that would be walking down the steps. So rewatch that scene for the reactions as they’re priceless (especially Orlando)
